What Sit Soft does
You tell us what your sofa needs. We pass your enquiry to one local specialist who works in your area and does that kind of work. They call you back and deal with you directly from there.
What Sit Soft is not
Sit Soft is an introduction, not a contractor. We do not do the work, quote for it, supervise it, guarantee it, or handle any money between you and the specialist.
Whatever you agree with them — the price, the timing, the materials, the guarantee — is an agreement between you and them. If something goes wrong with the work, they are the ones responsible for putting it right.
We do not publish prices because we do not set them. Every specialist prices their own work.
What it costs you
Nothing. Enquiring is free and always will be. Sit Soft never charges a customer, never takes a commission from what you pay the specialist, and never asks for your card or bank details. If anyone claiming to be Sit Soft asks you for money, it is not us.
Choosing who gets your enquiry
Your enquiry goes to one specialist, chosen by which of them cover your area and do the work you asked for. We cannot promise a particular person, and we cannot promise how quickly they will call — though we do expect them to, and we hear about it when they do not.
If nobody in our network covers your area for that job, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting for a call that is not coming.
Reviews
If you have work done, we may send you a link to review it. A review can only be written by someone whose enquiry actually reached a specialist, using a single-use link — so every review on this site is from a real customer of that specialist.
Once you write a review, the words, the rating and the date can never be changed. Not by the specialist, not by us. We can hide a review that is abusive or off-topic, and we record why whenever we do, but nobody can edit what you wrote or quietly make it disappear.

Using this site fairly
Please only submit enquiries for work you actually want. Every enquiry costs the specialist who receives it real money, so fake enquiries take food off someone's table. We rate-limit submissions and verify every number for that reason.
